I recently finished A Wise Man's Fear the 1000 page 2nd book in this trilogy and I loved it. I wish it would have been 2000 pages long. I'm reading the Briar King now and enjoying it but not as much as I did the Kingkiller series.

Anyone reading George RR Martins Game of Thrones series? I am on Book 5 which just came out. The HBO series was pretty good. You can order HBO for a month and watch the entire series on HBO go.

I will have to check that out. I watched the series, liked it allot and will read the books at some point. Just finished a nice little read; How to Live Safely in a Science Fictional Universe. Started two others; Anno Dracula, and Gardens of the Moon: Book One of The Malazan Book of the Fallen.

The series was true to the book. It will be interesting to see how the series ends. At this point I still am not sure who will unite all the fragmented clans against the undead. I am enjoying it. The series is #5 on a list of top 100 fantasy. I will post that link.

So have I but it gave me some new titles as well! I also downloaded Gardens of the Moon onto my Kindle to read after I finish the ice and fire series.

I love it. The best purchase I have made in a long time. I thought I would miss the heft of a book and the turning of pages, but I don't. You know you can share books for two weeks. I am not sure how to do it though (I was told this). Our local library is also supposed to start a program where you can download books.

Yeah you can share books, although they have to be flagged as such.

The library lending is coming later this year, most likely the next kindle patch... 3.2
